There is a chapter in the advanced concepts guide on this. You can get that
at Citrix.com or on http://thin.net/citrixse files are. Not sure what
version you are running but it varies per version.

What is the best way to remove a down server from a Citrix Farm?
If the server is online, I usually uninstall MetaFrame, but this server is
not online.
I plan to rebuild the server using the same server name.
