I assume you mean making sure they all work properly?
You can install as many patches as you like, with the -m -z flags then use
QChain.exe after installing them to make sure they go in the correct order

What tool can I use to install multiple security security patches at once on
an NT4 TSE?

I knew this, but have forgotten.
