Are you really currently running FR3/SP3 as those are the versions this
fix is for? If not I wouldn't install it. I've not seen anyone
complaining about this fix on any of the lists.

It has been recommended by our local Citrix support vendor that we roll
this hotfix to address IMA hanging issues possible caused by RM.
Anyone on the list have experience with this one? Any issues or gotchas
to watch out for? OK to roll with IM?
