[THIN] Home Drive Mappings in AD

Hi,
Currently, we are running Windows 2003 with Citrix FR3.
When I user logs onto there desktop, we have there home directories
being mapped via the AD and it works fine. When they connect to Citrix,
there home directory doesn't map, but there terminal server home folder
does.
Why isn't there home directory mapping via the AD on the Citrix servers?
And how do we make both of the drives map during logon?
