What's strange is that a Citrix article talks about HDX MediaStream saying
it was
designed to give XenApp and Xendesktop a smooth experience when accessing
multimedia.

It says that it is a part of Speedscreen multimedia acceleration.
Looks like there is not much to configure except maybe adding codecs on the
client.
