I only hear about it if the user has a problem getting reconnected, so I'm
not sure how exact this figure is, but probably 1/month out of less than 20
users.

General consenus - roughly how often do you have users have problems and get
disconnected from the server? Roughly how many in a day? Week? Month?
Sorry folks - trying to make a point to a client that the odd disconnect is
normal.
