Citrix has just released the HRP02 for PSE4.5 in both 32 as well 64 bit
versions:
Hotfix Rollup Pack PSE450W2K3X64R02 - For Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 for
Windows Server 2003 64-Bit Edition
