Hello there,
Have you tried the following hotfix ? This corrected a number of similar issues
that we were having with our Wyse Embedded XP clients.

The fix does cover XP SP2.

Hi all,
We have HP T5720 terminals with 512MB RAM that run Windows XPe with the
latest citrix client and we are finding that over the course of a day with up
to 8 published apps open the graphics start to degrade. Parts of the screen
are not redrawn when changing window focus and it's also slow to change
windows. Some of the published apps also look blurry. This doesn't happen
with newer terminals that have 1GB RAM so possibly pointing to a memory issue
but when checking the memory used it's around 450MB so still some free.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
