If you use redirected folders then it will break several folders when a
new user logs in. The KB states it might require two logins to fix
this, but it is wrong, the folders like Quick Launch need to be manually
fixed on the network drive.

I would recommend turning it off, it adds a couple of seconds to the
logon process but ensures that the network resource are ready before
winlogin trys to redirect to the network locations.

Subject: [THIN] GPO Help

Can someone tell me if the following GPO's are recommended for a windows
2003 TS/Citrix servers? Logic tell;s me that it would give the
perception of faster logons but can someone confirm this? Will this
introduce other problems?

Apply Group Policy for computers asynchronously during startup Apply
Group Policy for users asynchronously during logon

Thanks in advance!
