[THIN] Function key problem

Have you heard of Citrix not passing function keys to programs correctly?
Metaframe XP, FR2.
The scenario:
Users accessing Personal Communications (a terminal emulator) on a Citrix
box need to use F14 (Shift F2). Nothing happens when the keys are pressed.
Or, sometimes when the F3 key is pressed Citrix tries to close the session
instead of passing the F3 key to the program.
