SSO still requires full PN as far as I've seen and documentation has stated. UPD's I didn't think were supported but I suppose they may be. As for running WI internally, absolutely. Centralized configuration of clients is wonderful. Never having to toucha client to change settings is great. The only time a client needs to be touched is if your updating the version.
