I got this as well. My Powervault 775 NAS has just eaten its' second
PERC3/DCL card in 3 months, taking the 600GB RAID array with it each time.
Nice to know Dell are on the ball.
In a nutshell, you have to upgrade the PERC firmware to v1.80, available
form the Dell downloads site.

Dell called me today and said there is a serious issue with perc 3x and 4di
raid controllers that can result in losing multiple hard drives...i thought
i'd pass it along.
