Try upgrading to the latest beta JRE. This fixed my CMC problems.

I installed the FR3 CMC on my pc to run it against an FR2 farm. Most of it
works great except for Resource Manager. When I look at a process report,
the first three items show up as one HUGE drop down list. They are normally
separate lists (server, process, user). Anyone else see odd things in the
new CMC besides the few crashes others have mentioned?
