Check your NTFS permissions on the mslicensing key (HKLM/Software/Microsoft/MSLicensing) in the registry where the TS cals are located. When I start a Citrix ICA desktop session and click My computer the session hangs for literally minutes on this task. It happens on other PC's on the same internet connection and happens with 9.2 version and 10.x version of the web client. I could chalk this up to a poorly performing Internet connection(which I have benched at very close to rated speeds) and the session being slow to map my local disks and printers.
