Ok... I'm totally lost now.

I've setup altaddr to point to my external IP address (which is simply the
firewall that does that NATing). I've configured the settings as per this
article :http://ctxex10.citrix.com/kb/entry.jspa?externalID=CTX039746

However, I can't seem for the life of me, to ge this up and running.

What exactly am I doing wrong?

Yes for every server you want to have access to from outside your firewall
you need to use the altadd on that server and give it a public address.
That's how it is for XP. I have not upgraded yet.

Ok, based on this article
(http://support.citrix.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=84982
<http://support.citrix.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=84982&fromSearchPage
=true&#84982> &fromSearchPage=true&#84982) it appears that I'm supposed to
use altaddr... Have never set that up before. Can I use internal/external
access simultaneously?

Ok, not sure how/why this just showed up, but things were working fine until
recently.

MF Presentation Server 3.0
Win2003 SP1

When a user accesses the server using our predefined URL (from outside our
network) http://citrix.myserver.com, the consistently receive the following
message:

"Not all of your applications have been logged off. This may be because some
of your farms do not support workspace control or do not trust the server."

Doing some research, I found the following
(http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX103676
<http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX103676&searchID=20602190>
&searchID=20602190). However, I'm not running multiple farms, it's simply a
single server setup. The second step doesn't lead me to anything either.

The event logs show nothing. Additionally, when setting up a VPN - which of
course gives them inside the network access - somehow fixes the issue.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks
Rick
