I think that's right
3 or 4 licenses can't be downgraded to XP - at a base level 3/4 licenses are
a completely different kettle of fish as they work with the license server
rather than codes into the DS as with XP.

I assume as well that once 'End Of Sale' kicks in purchasing the next
versions whether Presentation Server 3 or 4 will not allow me to downgrade
the licenses to XP? Or am I wrong? If memory serves me correctly this is
what happened with EOS for Metaframe 1.8 where purchasing XP licenses were
not downgradable to 1.8 or I was getting the wrong info. at the time.
