Where do you get the apputil.exe tool from? I have XPA and FR3 and I
don't seem to have it.

If you are on XP FR3 or MPS 3 you can use Apputil.exe from a
command line. Admin guide has all of the switches and uses.

Subject: [THIN] Enable/Disable Publication From Command Line

        Greetings,

Anyone know of a way to Enable/Disable a published application
from the command line? What I need to do is restrict access to one of
our published applications during a specific time period each day. I
thought that if there was a way to do it from a command line, I would
schedule a batch script to disable and enable the publication at the
desired times. Also, if anybody has another recommended method to do
this, any info would be greatly appreciated.
