Subject: Citrix/ Terminal Server Utility - TSWhereis

I know youʼre all having fun at iForum but hereʼs a HOT new app for Citrix and
Terminal Server:
Follow the link to download:
http://www.ctrl-alt-del.com.au/CAD_Utils.htm
TSWhereIs is a command-line tool to locate a user within a Domain
and to display if they are using a Terminal Server or Citrix Server.
This application searches all TS and Citrix Servers within a domain
and if the specified user is found, the session details of that user
are displayed.

This utility was written for the purpose of assisting helpdesk and
administrators to find if a user has a session on a TS or Citrix server
and if so, display the server name, session type, client IP, etc...

This utility is FREEWARE and was written by Warren Simondson of
Ctrl-Alt-Del IT Consultancy , Australia . www.ctrl-alt-del.com.au

Thankyou to the WINDOWS SDK available from http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads

Usage:
TSWhereIs UserName [DomainName]

UserName - identifies username needed for the search
                 (NOT case sensitive)
DomainName - OPTIONAL: identifies the domain to search

NB. The current Domain will be used if left blank. The Domain
parameter is the Domain that hosts the Servers, not the
      Domain name of the user.

E.G. TSWhereIs Bob

This command will locate the user BOB on any TS or Citrix Server
within the current Domain. The results of the user's session will be
displayed.

E.G. TSWhereIs Mary MyOtherDomain

This command will locate the user Mary on any TS or Citrix Server
within the MyOtherDomain Domain. The results of the user's session will be
displayed.

Please note:
- In the case of published applications, a user may have more
than one session throughout a farm. TSWhereis displays them all.
- This utility will run on a non-TS Windows 2000/ 2003 server and
will also run on a standard Windows XP SP2 machine.

The freeware version is offered AS IS. Ctrl-Alt-Del IT Consultancy has made
every effort possible to ensure that TSWhereIs is free of any bugs or errors,
however in no way is TSWhereIs to be considered error or bug free.
You assume all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may result
from any errors or bugs in TSWhereIs.

IN NO EVENT WILL CTRL-ALT-DEL IT CONSULTANCY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL,
SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF
THIS PRODUCT.
