Hi,

Extra things to check are:

(1) Check that the SQL database is running
(2) try ODBC admin using (a) file dsn, mf20.dsn, does connection test fail
                         (b) if you substitute the SQL servers IP address,
does connection test fail
                         (c) if you substitute the SQL servers FQDN, does
connection test fail
(3) if 2(a) fails but 2(b/c) works, try reconfiguring mf20.dsn to use named
pipes

We've had a couple of sites now where reconfiguring the DNS setup broke the
SQL connection to the datastore. The quick and dirty fix was to configure
SQL to use named pipes. Symptoms included nslookup failing on short host
names (when add domain suffix was checked on termservers).

Citrix server (MF XP FR2) was restarted last night and this morning can't
log into CMC.  You do not have permission to enumate users.  Nothing is
funky with an administrator stuck in the console.  No unusual event logs
that I've noticed so far.  

I recall a thread on this about 2 weeks ago but the search of the archives
isn't helping much.
