With the full PN clinet by default the client Windows Settings (video) settings override the serversettings. If the client has checked Use Server Default then the client will get these settings from the Metaframe server. You might have to push out some preconfigured locked down PN version to force users to use the resolution from the Metaframe server. If you are accessing through Nfuse then you will need to configure the following line in the Nfuse config file: Allow customization settings = off If this ise set to on then users can still go into the webpage and change their settings. -Mike Original Message: ----------------- From: Christine Easton christine.easton@xxxxxxxxx Date: Mon, 16 Aug 2004 13:57:30 -0400 To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Display Resolution Issue Good afternoon, Running Windows 2000 advanced server sp 3, XPa FR3 Environment. Is there anyway to stop local display settings (say 800x600) from over writing what we have published the application appearance settings to be (say 1024x768)? If not, can someone point me to an explanation. Any help is appreciated! -Christine Christine Easton Citrix/Windows 2000 Engineer BMC Healthnet Plan One Design Center Place Boston, MA 02210 Work: 617-748-6034 Cell: 617-290-4407 -------------------------------------------------------------------- mail2web - Check your email from the web at http://mail2web.com/ . ******************************************************** This Weeks Sponsor RTO Software Do you know which applications are abusing your CPU and memory?
