[THIN] Dell Photo Printers

Does anyone know if there is an issue with Dell Photo printers?
I have a user that is using a Dell Photo 966 printer.
He was getting an error when ever he tried to print (from ps4) that the EMF
viewer had encountered a problem and needed to close. We upgraded him to
version 10 of the web client, and had him Re-install his printer and now he
no longer gets the error message, but nothing at all prints.
Any ideas?
