This link was posted on another list today. It can apparently recover
files on NT machines. http://www1.execsoft.com/delutil_i.exe

Subject: [THIN] Deleting local client files

I have a user that has used Windows Explorer in their Citrix session to
access their hard drive. In this process they accidentially deleted a
bunch of document on their hard drive. After trying not to laugh when
hearing this story, I checked the recycle bin on both the server and
their hard drive and of course nothing there. Is there any way of
possibly recovering these docs?
