We host multiple firms on our Citrix Farm, and they all share the same servers. A problem that we deal with is that all of the apps have email functionality that use the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail default key to choose the app to create emails. That's fine typically, but we throw multiple email clients into the pot. Some firms run MS Office 2003 (extra charge) and the rest use Outlook Express. This causes a dilemma because there can only be one client and not everyone pays for Office 2003, so they have to use Outlook Express (not good when the Office 2003 want to use their Outlook address book). So I'm just throwing this one out there to see if anyone else has dealt with this, and if there is a way to get around it? Thanks!
