Disregard my suggestion.
Sorry this only works for MSDE not SQL.
However you could perhps still migrate to MSDE first and then upgrading to
SQL may be easier from there.
Not sure if Citrix would support that though.

XP FR3 CD has MigratetoMSDE utility that does everything for you. Works
beautifully.
