[THIN] Data Store failover using access database

Hello all,
I am running MF XPe farm with one server acting as data store. I have
published appl. and load balancing. All ICA clients have multippel servers
in adress list.
What happen if the datastore server fails and crashes??
I see users still can connect, but what about load balancing???
How is redudance added for the Data Store server???
