I know you specifically asked about Citrix, but I thought it was note
worthy that we use MS Terminal Services and had the same issues as Berny
did, so that part is probably not Citrix, but Crystal, we use version 8
and version 10.

What version?
We were using pre-canned reports under an old version of Citrix and
Crystal and we had to go through and register a bunch of DLLs for it
to work.
We ended up re-packaging all the reports ourselves to make deployment
easier, we also had to migrate all the ODBC stuff too.
If you are using Crystal Enterprise, then I doubt tou will have too
much trouble. Take a look in the support forums as these are (at least
last time I checked anyway) open to the public and you should be able
to see any current issues getting it to work.
