1. versions of SP and FR you use
2.Any errors in Event Viewer related to print (on your Citrix boxes)
3. Settings in the CMC about printing

Subject: [THIN] Client printers not connecting.
Since going to XP, i have certain clients that arent automatically
connecting to their printers. The driver for their printer is installed on
the server, and we can manually tell it to connect after logon and it works
fine. This is happening for many different types of printer, so, its not a
certain driver. Any ideas?
