From a command prompt:
Change logon /disable   (or chglogon /disable     for short)

To enable logins:
Change logon /enable    (or chglogon /enable      for short)

Note, this will affect Windows 2003 console access via RDP.  Use
something like VNC if you need console access via the network while RDP
access is unavailable.

Hello,

We use MS Terminal Services and Wyse 1200Le Thin clients.
Does anyone know of a way to prevent users from logging into 
a terminal server, short of unplugging the Ethernet?
our ERP software requires some maintenance and the terminal servers need
to be on for this and out remote users seem to have a short term memory
problem.
