[THIN] Citrix hotfix order

I know there is a specific order when installing rollup packs. Eg
Zone data collector Backup zone data collectors Database connection server
(Applies only to Resource Manager for XenApp 5 for Microsoft Windows Server
2003) Primary farm metric server (Applies only to Resource Manager for XenApp 5
for Microsoft Windows Server 2003) Backup farm metric server (Applies only to
Resource Manager for XenApp 5 for Microsoft Windows Server 2003) Member server
However, does the same rule apply for specific citrix hotfixes? I want to test
a hotfix on 1-2 servers and want to know if I should apply it to the ZDC's
first..
