What kind of issues are you having? The most common issue I'm aware of is
SLOW logons. I know Microsoft has a hot-fix for this issue. I listed two
links below that go more into detail the issues of Windows 2000 and SP4 w/

Hi All,
I have a Windows 2000 SP/4 server running Citrix XP FR 3 that is currently
having issues. I had a co-worker tell me that he had heard of a number of
people having issues with Win2k SP/4 with their Citrix servers. Has anyone
else had/heard of issues related to Citrix XP and Win2K SP/4?
