[THIN] Citrix XP and Novell question

Greetings,
I have just finished setting up a new Citrix farm and am having some
difficulties with Novell, in particular the login script. We are not using
the Novell client, rather the Microsoft one. The parts of the script using
IF...ENDIF does not appear to run.
Has anyone else come across this or has any advice?
