So, aside from these two offerings & mandatory profiles, what’s best used
for getting around the ‘last writer wins’ issues with roaming profiles
across app silo’s

that's a good point and definitly something to be concerned about.  There's
always the Flex Profile Kit form LoginConsultants which is very similar.  it
is also free.

Since i've been using Sepago for a long time now, i've deployed this
software at a couple of places, and everything is fine, just as it was with
Sepago. No issues yet!

we all ran Project Columbia back when it was some semi-blessed creation of
the dev group.  it will be ok.
