Oh. Also, are you sure you are running the latest Novell Client on
your TS?

Subject: [THIN] Citrix Secure Project

Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Our project is coming among well - we finally figured out what was
causing our problem communicating with the CSG and STA so now we are
in tweak mode and have a couple of questions to throw out.

Environment -
MF XpeFR2/SP2
Nfuse Clasic 17
CSG 1.1
STA 1.1
RSA 5.0

1. Since adding the RSA Secure ID piece, when we browse to the Nfuse
website we are prompted for our NT credentials - ex. If I browse to
https://nfuse01/ or it's IP address - the windows login dialog box
pops up. I was under the impression that if you have an anonymous
login this should not happen.

I would not care if this happens if I try to go to Citrix/nfuseadmin
but to get to the Login Page - I don't want to store Credentials on
the MF server.

Basically we want to have the RSA login screen come up directly (
until we can integrate it with the Nfuse login) and then if correct
bring up the Nfuse screen.

Project Columbia/Wilammete in some future release will provide what
we need and we are trying to get RSA and Citrix to commit to helping
us but so far we get sales pitches from Citrix Professional Services
and not much more. But here is what we are looking for<

A login page that has

User Name_____________
User Password______________
NDS Context________________
NDS Tree___________________
RSA SecureID Passcode__________

This cannot be rocket science - and probably involves modifying a
couple of things like frameset.asp and userandpasscode.htm - but so
far we can't make it work - anyone doing this

Another issue - When we ultimately pass through RSA and get the Nfuse
Login Page ( NDS Authentication) and we get a page of published aps -
IF the app executes directly from the MF box
( we are using Wordpad for argument sake) it launches very quickly.
When we try to execute a published app that has to go back to NDS to
see if the user has rights to the app = it is painful - we see the
disk activity light on the MF Box solid green yet there does not
appear to be much traffic if we watch with a lanalyzer. Any ideas??

Citrix recommends Raid Strip Size of 8-16kb ( Yes I know Raid is not
desireable in metaframe) but its there. Does anyone have a better
idea
