[THIN] Citrix Logon delay

I am having an issue a customers Citrix login's are delayed at the Applying
Internet Explorer Branding Policy. It is about a 10-15 sec delay. I have
read conflicting information on how to fix this. It is using Folder
Redirection. I thought this was a problem with Windows 2003 SP1 and was
fixed with SP2. I have tried updating to IE8 which did not fix the problem
(I understand IE6 does not have this issue). I am using a GPO for IE
Maintenance. Do I need to update the ADM? Anybody resolved this issue?
