Yeah there is a process keeping it open. HUNG profile is what this is a
known as. UPHClean is doing wonders for this but there are some utils on the
list to try to. Other than those it's a reboot

Subject: [THIN] Cannot delete

Running MFXP on a Win2K server. I'm trying to delete a local profile with no
success. Others will delete fine, problem exists with just one user. It
states that there is a sharing violation and it could not be deleted.
Usrclass.dat is in use. However, I have checked all open files/shares and
all logins for this user and confirmed they are no where on the system.
Still, it does not allow me to delete the profile. Anyone run into this
before?
