Subject: [THIN] CSG is causing my connections to contantly drop

Got a real puzzler here. When WAN clients connect through CSG, they are
constantly dropping if they don't do something to keep the input going =
to
the server. I.e. if they open email and let it sit for 30 seconds, the
session disconnects. This does not happen internally when I bypass CSG =
and
make direct connections to the servers. I have turned CSG on for all
connections, both internal and external, and it still does not happen
internally. I've set all the TCPIP tuning stuff for WAN connections on =
the
secure gateway server, but it hasn't seemed to help. There is nothing =
in
the logs to indicate anything strange has happened, just that the client =
has
disconnected. Anyone have any ideas what I can try?

Thanks,
Paul Stansel
