        I have seen this when installing FR3 on an IBM server that has an S3 
        video card.  The problem was with the version of JRE, which is 1.4.1 
        when installing FR3.  You would need to install 1.4.2 or greater to 
        resolve the issue.

        I just installled SP4 and FR3 on a citix server 

        Now the cmc does not the splash screen comes up and just goes away. 

        I removed all versions of JRE and installed the latest JRE 

        Citrix support mentioned it could be the video card in the Compaq 
        server. 

        Does anyone have any ideas?
