[THIN] CAG VPN client over Verizon WWAN?

Does anyone have experience with the CAG VPN client over Verizon WWAN?
We have a customer that is having intermittent issues. I was able to make
one laptop work fine and then their other laptops connect but get no packet
connectivity.
Anyone have any similar issues?
