[THIN] Blue Screen when uninstalling User Hive Profile Cleanup Utility

Hi
I am trying to uninstall User Hive Profile Cleanup V1.630 from my Windows 2003 Server but instead get a 0x000000ce BSOD. Has anyone seen this issue before as its driving me mad. I tried safe mode but you cannot uninstall in this mode. 

How can I uninstall this software without a BSOD?
