[THIN] Bleep back in W2k3 x64 R2 SP2 terminal services/Citrix PS4

Weve built our first server with the above on it, and the bleep issue that was
originally fixed by MS hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/901115 is now
back. Weird thing is however, its only bleeping for our users who have Dell
Inspiron 9400 laptops !!
anyone else had this, or got any ideas before I log a call with MS ?
