Hi,
That is what I planned.=20
One or two dedicated print servers, creating LPR print queues.
But on the citrix server the user has to connect to one of those queues.
So:
- how many queues on a dedicated print server
- how many connections on a Citrix server

Are they network printers of client attached printers. If they are
network printers I would seriously consider dedicating a server for just
printing to free up resources on the MF server=20

We will be creating a new active dir and setting up some Citrix servers
in =3D it. Also 1 or 2 W2k print servers.=3D20
1. How many queues would you max create on a W2k print server? (No file
=3D sharing, only printer sharing, all HP LaserJet different models)
Server is =3D Compaq DL360 P-4 2-cpu, 512Mb
2. How many queues would you max connect to from a Citrix server? Now in
=3D our NT4 environment, we have about 150 shared printers each Citrix
server =3D connects to. We have the feeling this is pushing the limit.
