Ah, but if you install outlook then Word -> send to functionality goes all
screwy :(

Hi,
We have it running using a POP3 profile.
First install Outlook on the W2k server and make sure that you configure =
it to use a workgroup or corporate profile. (Were you can choose exchange).=
Then don't choose exchange but Internet mail as a connection. This will =
create a profile that you can access through Control Panel -> MAIL .
This will be the MAPI profile to use.
Remember.... don't select Internet Mail account as first action. First =
create a corporate profile as if you want to add Exchange !!!!

OK - I give up! I've tried everything I can think of to make Outlook and
GroupWise to work together, and they don't! :)
All I want to do is send mail from Resource Manager to me when red alarms
occur. I don't have Exchange here, so what can I do??
