How about something along the lines of:

If exist "c:\Program Files\*.*" COPY filea "c:\program files\...."
else if exist "c:\archivos de Programa\*.*" Copy fileb "C:\archivos de
Programa\...."

You'll need to put in the correct filenames and target locations. Be
careful of the quotes. If any part of your source or target has a space,
you will need quotes.

Hey guys,

I am trying to write a batch script to copy a new wfclient.ini file to some
users running the ICA Web Client 6.30.1050 in Spanish on Windows 98.
Problem
is: some users have Win98 in English and others in Spanish, which means
that
some users have the ICA Client under

C:\Program Files

and others under

C:\Archivos de Programa

If it were W2K it would be easy (%ProgramFiles%, comes to mind) but again
this is Win98 (argh).

Oh, and no KIX, VBS or the like. Plain BAT.

Thanks all,

Carlos Sanabria, CCA, MCSA
IT Consultant
