You can get "RUNH.EXE" from thethin.net and use a .cmd file to publish your app. When you use RUNH.EXE from within a .CMD file, the DOS window "RUNS HIDDEN" --great app, thanks to whoever put it up there... I do this... For example, publish an application "program.cmd" Program.cmd's contents are: runh program1.cmd runh outlook.cmd program1.cmd's contents are "x:\foldername\filename.exe" outlook.cmd's contents are "x:\outlook\outlook.exe" If you've made sure that runh.exe and the .cmd files you're calling from within program.cmd are in your PATH then all should work fine--otherwise be more specific about your file locations. ____________________ Brian Claus, MCP, Network+, A+ Network Administrator WESCO Distribution, Inc. 225 West Station Square Drive, Suite 7000 Pittsburgh, PA 15219-1122 bclaus@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ____________________ -----Original Message----- From: thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:thin-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jeremy Saunders Sent: Wednesday, March 23, 2005 3:59 PM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: Bat to launch app. How about trying... cmd /c app.exe or cmd /c start /wait app.exe Kind regards, Jeremy Jeremy Saunders Senior Technical Specialist âITS - passionate about winningâ IBM Logicalis (Integrated Technology Services) Level 2, 1060 Hay Street West Perth, WA 6005, AUSTRALIA Visit us at http://www.ibm.com/services/au/its Phone:Â 08 9261 8412 Fax:ÂÂÂÂÂ; 08 9261 8536 Mobile:Â TBA E-mail: jeremy.saunders@xxxxxxxxxxx "Jay Moock" <jmoock@republice ngineered.com> To Sent by: <thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> thin-bounce@freel cc ists.org Subject [THIN] Re: Bat to launch app. 24/03/2005 02:50 AM Please respond to thin What syntax are you using for the Start command?
