Hi,

Yes on the BSOD, turned out to be NIC drivers on our case.

If you cut and paste inside an ICA session, the default behaviour is that
the clipboard is synchronised to the client desktop as well. This can
generate a huge amount of traffic as well as causing some timeouts etc to
happen.

Several possible fixes. Get better NIC drivers (some of the on-board
implementations suck), try a PCMCIA NIC just as a trial to see if it fixes
things, or upgrade to Windows XP which is relatively beter behaved ;-).

regards,

Rick

Subject: [THIN] BSOD on laptop whilst in Citrix

I've got a laptop giving out a "0x00000076 PROCESS_HAS_LOCKED_PAGES" BSOD
whenever the user copies and pastes from Word within an ICA session!

Laptop is a Dell c400 running Windows 2000 SP3, citrix client Full Program
Neighborhood Version 7.00.

Has anyone come across this before?

Regards
