[THIN] Attachmate Extra! X-treme 8.0

Having a problem with Attachmate Extra! X-treme 8.0 running on 2003 Server
with PS4. A/V software is McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0.
What is happening is the application opens, but hangs while connecting.
This only happens to non-administrative users.
I've tried REGMON and FILEMON, as well as the Standard User Analyzer, but I
haven't found the smoking gun causing this behavior.
Anyone else seen this?
