[THIN] Re: Application Settings

I haven't tested with a published app, but I did create a desktop shortcut
with this syntax, which worked fine:

"c:\program files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" www.google.com

  Also, I wonder what would happen if you published the URL alone.
