[THIN] Application Set details on some Citrix ICA clients getting lost

Citrix ICA Client version 7.1 - some remote sites may have clients running
7.0. MF XP FR3
At one remote site in particular seems like Citrix clients are losing
Application set details such as 'server ip address' and default protocol of
TCP/ip seems to fall back to TCP/IP + HTTP. Is there are a known issue or
perhaps the IT folk who are setting up the clients are missing something.
I don't believe it is an issue of some users logging in under diff. Windows
users profiles on pc or laptop and losing client settings so something else
most likely and have not seen this happening at any of the other sites.
