[THIN] App error

Running PS 4.0 on Windows 2003 servers.
I have a user who is getting a Remote Application Runtime dialog pop up
box when trying to launch any program through the WI. It has been
working (this particular machine) for a year now. It also has to be
machine specific because only this one PC does this. All apps were fine
on other PC's via the WI. Any ideas on what I should start looking at?
