Download the readme docs on the Crystal Report templates on Citrix's site
(http://www.citrix.com/site/SS/downloads/downloads.asp?dID=4418). It does a
very good job explaining how to use their canned reports. Crystal is not
easy to work with, but after using it a while it should become easier to
deal with.

Looking for some advice on creating a report showing who has used an app in
given timeframe.
We've got RM up and running, the Crystal views have been installed to the
summary DB, but Crystal Reports is Greek to me.
Any advice?
